Romeoville Properties Ghana Limited is a Ghanaian legal entity incorporated in 2005 under The Companies Act, 1963 (Act 179) at the Registrar General’s Department in Ghana, Accra, with company number 00003819930. We are classified under the Ministry of Water Resources, Works, and Housing, Number 0014277 of the Republic of Ghana, as one of the emerging, finest and innovative real estate and serviced plots marketing companies whose existence is to provide affordable housing as well as build exclusive estate communities in Ghana. Romeoville is also certified as of 2015 by the Registrar of Companies for England and Wales under the Companies Act 2006, given company Number 9814986 in the United Kingdom (UK). Romeoville is also present in the USA under the New Jersey State Law given the number 04511449094. Romeoville Kenya was also certified as of 2023 given the code PVT-Q7U7EZEB. The state of Canada also recognises Romeoville as a corporation hence certified with the corporate number 1555047-5.
Romeoville Properties is focused on the responsibility of satisfactorily and successfully developing a diverse portfolio of infrastructural projects both in the Ghanaian community and abroad. For the past decade, we have been engaged in long-term master planning and high-quality project execution to meet the rising housing needs of high, medium, and low-income earners both in Ghana and abroad.
Romeoville Properties Ghana Limited, in terms of capitalisation and diversity, has a total asset of about Two Billion Dollars ($ 200,000,000,000.00) with over 70 permanent employees, about 200 contract staff, and 10 sub-contracting companies. Our Estates communities, Housing projects, and serviced plots are located in the prime areas of Accra and other emerging new communities like East Airport Residential, Roman Ridge, North Ridge, Tse Addo, Cantonment, Labone and Dzorwulu and the other sites outside Accra are located in the regional capitals of Ashanti, Central, Western and Volta Regions as well as many properties outside Ghana.
Our Biggest housing project which is masterly planned to be the first-ever world-class community in Ghana, dubbed “West Hills estate” is on a 1200-acre land at Kasoa near the Pentecost University.
Our classic project offers our clients the opportunity to access all the needful amenities, bringing comfort to their doorstep and eliminating the inconvenience of travelling around to access basic facilities, thereby preserving the time of our residents to be invested in other useful ventures. West Hills Estate will be housing 3500 residents with a shopping mall, police station, and fire service station. The first phase of this project will house 1500 in the year 2020.
